Mind Body Empowerment is a one-on-one, personalized, coaching program for women that provides motivational techniques tailored to each individual client. There’s no doubt about it that the effects of the pandemic, current world events and simply navigating our own personal life experiences creates stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.
The intense effects of these can negatively impact all aspects of our lives including our mental health, physical health, relationships, energy, clarity and ability to create and live the life that we want. Stress reduction is a strong component of MBE’s programming, and when incorporated into your life, it can bring balance to all aspects of your mind, body and spirit.
Relax with Reiki…
Reiki is described as hands-on or distance energy healing. It is a form of stress reduction and relaxation that assists in the body’s natural healing processes to develop physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Force energy. Rei” means "Universal" or “Including All” and “Ki” means "Vital Life Force Energy". (Pronounced Ray-Key.)

Reiki not only aids in stress reduction and relaxation, it is a very practical technique also used for empowerment. Reiki can create uplifting experiences, thus bringing about an increased level of trust and confidence in achieving our goals and living our lives with health, happiness and success. MBE Reiki sessions are offered in a private, quiet and relaxing setting. Meditative music and diffused essentials oils are incorporated to enhance harmonious energy levels and patterns. Each session lasts 60 minutes and concludes with a moment of reflection and a “Goddess” card reading (if of interest). The relationship between our mind, body and our energy play an important role in the quality of health we experience and the kind of life we live. The truth is that we are all energy beings, and everything effects our energy. You have the ability to manage and shift your own energy and through MBE’s Empowerment and Reiki sessions I can guide and support you through the process to creating a balanced and fulfilling life. Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT (often referred to as Tapping), bridges the gap between your mind and your body. It is a universal healing tool that can safely, easily, and effectively provide stress relief. Emotional Freedom Technique addresses a range of issues including stress reduction, anxiety, physical pain, emotional pain, addiction, weight control, and goal setting.

EFT is based on the principles of ancient acupressure and modern psychology and is often referred to as “Psychological Acupressure.” This technique has been proven to effectively calm the nervous system and restore energy in the body. It works to lower stress around certain thoughts, triggers and limiting beliefs, (all forms of energy), that we hold. When breathwork or meditation are used intentionally, the Mind-Body-Empowerment connection can effectively bring about a sense of centered calm and connection to your true self while enhancing your physical, emotional and mental vitality.
